By having fewer offices to maintain we have been able to keep our expenses low and thereby pass those savings onto our REALTORS®.  We are able to offer them the choice of either paying a monthly fee as well as a low per transaction fee, or, a more traditional, but generous split. The efficiency of our operation has enabled us to streamline everything from how we receive your listing and deal information to how we pay you.   We also have systems in place which help us ensure you get your calls from listings and from any advertising you do.
